  • Our cleaning services are charged on an hourly basis, per cleaner assigned to your home. The total time and number of team members depends on the size of the space and the level of detail required for the clean.

Once we receive your request, we typically arrange a quick walkthrough to understand your space, estimate the time needed, and confirm exactly what you’d like done. We recommend booking in advance whenever possible, as our schedule can fill up quickly.

  • Yes. After we coordinate a walkthrough of your space, you will receive a detailed estimate sent to the email you provided within 24–48 hours. This allows us to accurately assess the time, team size, and specific needs of your home before the cleaning takes place.

  • Yes, we bring all of our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, effective products to ensure your home is cleaned thoroughly and consistently. If you have specific products you prefer or would like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate those requests.

  • After completing an initial top-to-bottom deep clean, we transition into our maintenance cleans to help keep your home consistently fresh. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules depending on your needs.

    Maintenance cleans typically include:

    Kitchen: Counters wiped and sanitized, outside of cupboards, stovetop, inside and outside of microwave, shining stainless steel appliances, coffee stations cleaned, and sink cleaned (dishes can be included if requested at the start).

    Bathrooms: Toilets, mirrors, sinks, outside of cupboards, and full cleaning of bathtubs/showers.

    Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dusting throughout the home, making beds and changing sheets if requested, and general tidying of surfaces.

    Floors: All floors throughout the home are thoroughly cleaned.

    We focus on maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home with every visit.

  • A deep cleaning includes everything in our standard maintenance clean, with added detailed attention to areas that are not part of regular upkeep.
